FOURME D'AMBERT
Fourme d’Ambert is one of the mildest tasting blue-veined cheeses.
Its existence dates back to the 8th century. At the time, it was even used as a means of payment, especially for farming the land in Auvergne (central France).
This cheese is distinguished by its rich texture and creamy color. It also has little mold as it is matured in cool, damp cellars.
