CAMEMBERT

Camembert is undoubtedly the most famous of French cheeses and it is Président’s most emblematic product. Camembert Président has been produced in Normandy in north-west France since 1968.It is a soft cheese with a bloomy rind and a creamy core. It is a great source of calcium: Président uses about 2 liters of milk to make one Camembert cheese.
This cheese is traditionally kept in wooden boxes, giving him his particular bold taste.

Food pairing

Goes well with crusty bread or served with cold cuts, dried fruits, grapes, apples or pears.

Drink pairing

Ideally with Beaujolais or a Saint-Emilion. Also goes with Champagne or Cider.

How to enjoy

Cut from the centre to the edge.

Shelf life: 70 days
Matured: 4 to 8 weeks
