CAMEMBERT
Camembert is undoubtedly the most famous of French cheeses and it is Président’s most emblematic product. Camembert Président has been produced in Normandy in north-west France since 1968.It is a soft cheese with a bloomy rind and a creamy core. It is a great source of calcium: Président uses about 2 liters of milk to make one Camembert cheese.
This cheese is traditionally kept in wooden boxes, giving him his particular bold taste.
