OUR BUTTER SHEETS, ideal for pastry-making
Our butter sheets are made with a different recipe to regular butter and has a higher melting point, making it easier to handle and roll at room temperature. Available with an 82 or 84% fat content, it has a dry, firm and pliable texture. Ideal for baking, it is most commonly used for croissants and other pastries. Its distinctive layers, crispness and flavour are recognised by chefs around the world.
